Specific practices that can be problematic include processing, straightening, heating, and hair coloring. Try to modify your hair care habits if you do those things at home. Don’t to put heat on more than once a week, reduce the frequency of flat iron use, lower setting are best for blow drying. It’s about the amount and frequency.”

Never flat iron wet hair.
“More vulnerable to breakage is wet hair. blow dry out soft or Either air dry or, with a low setting, and then apply the flat iron on. You don’t want to put a flat iron on wet hair.”
